Chris was introduced to Baird’s exceptional culture and professionalism even before joining the firm—his wife, Sara, began her career at Baird in 2021. Inspired by her experience, Chris joined the Client Resource Team in January 2023, and later transitioned to the Pauly Nethery Koth Group in mid-2025.
Prior to entering the financial industry, Chris worked as a stage actor, a background that helped him develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. These qualities continue to serve him well in his role at Baird.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of California–Irvine. He is licensed with Series 7, Series 66, and insurance credentials.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys golfing, playing disc golf (“frolf”), and video gaming. He remains active in the arts and occasionally performs. Chris lives in Cudahy with his wife, Sara, and their dog, Sophie
