Deborah Staples Cecsarini, ChFC®

Deborah helps people plan and invest, so they have a clearer path to living as they choose and caring for those they love.

As a Chartered Financial Consultant®, Deborah looks at all facets of her clients’ financial lives. She especially values the candor and trust developed with her clients, as together questions are worked through, and solutions are found. From goals of retirement income and tax efficiency, to identifying risks and opportunities, there are always helpful next steps to take.

Deborah currently serves on the Investment Committee of The Milwaukee Repertory Theater, after having been an Associate Artist/Company Member there for 20 years. She has served The Greater Milwaukee Foundation on their Young Professional Advisor Council and is an honorary member of the Herbert J Mueller Society. A “40 Under 40” Award recipient (Milwaukee Business Journal) and two-time “Best of Milwaukee” award winner (Shepherd Express), Deborah continues to enjoy being involved in and supporting Milwaukee’s rich artistic culture. 

Deborah, husband David, their daughter Amalia, and dog Sammy reside in Whitefish Bay. When not participating in the arts or DIY projects, they can often be found enjoying the outdoors.

Deborah has her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, and Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities insurance licenses.
She joined Baird in 2019.
